Who can see my FOUND profile?
All of the information you share with FOUND is completely private until you say otherwise. You’ll have full visibility of what a company can see at each stage.
Should I join FOUND if I am not actively looking for a new role?
Yes! We're building a community of experts who might not be looking for a new role right now but that are keen to explore development and career options longer term. You are totally in control about when you receive matches and pitches.
What are the criteria for my application to FOUND being accepted?
We use a number of criteria, based on your assessment results and the FINDER interview. We will always provide you feedback - giving you insight on how and where you could stand out from the crowd
What markets does FOUND operate in?
FOUND is a Swiss company, and for now, we focus on the greater Zurich area; we plan to expand quickly across the rest of Switzerland.
How do you assess talent?
There are three steps in our talent assessment process. After their LinkedIn profile is reviewed by an expert in the relevant skill area, they then have an interview where we dig into their skills, career goals, values, and preferences. Those that we think are, or have the potential to be, in the top 1% in their skill area are then put through neuroscience-based, gamified assessments where over one hundred data points are captured.
How does FOUND generate revenue?
At the moment, becoming a member of FOUND is free. There are no charges or fees associated with joining and having companies pitch their opportunities to you. As we continue to grow and develop our services there will be the opportunity to upgrade your membership in the future. We charge a monthly fee to selected top companies so they can get the chance to pitch to you.
What happens when I decline a pitch from a company?
We only highlight accepted pitches to companies - companies on FOUND know that our top talent is highly sought after.
What if I don't like my FINDER?
You can rate our FINDERs and ask for a new FINDER to you if they don't suit you.
